Horea has more than 10-year experience in the legal field. He is an experienced and dedicated trial lawyer who focused his practice on international private law, Commercial litigation, financial and real estate investments.

He has built a high international profile thanks to his experience within international institutions, Governments, Companies, Universities (OECD, UN, embassies, diplomatic missions, etc.).

Whilst giving assistance to a large number of Romanian and foreign clients, Horea has also decided to give his contribution to the University where he graduated.

Thanks to his excellent communication skills, in fact, he teaches Private International Law and Community law to new legal experts.

Horea has also built a good experience, among others, in the following fields: Banking litigations, Capital Market, Administrative and Fiscal, Privatization, Right Insurance, Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation.

He is Romanian mother-tongue and speaks fluent English - French and German.
